Jack Charles Warren

Jack Charles Warren, 66, of the Chicora Commons in Chicora, Passed away Sunday April 10, 2016 at the Hall of Honor Hospice at the Butler County VA Medical Center following an illness. Jack was born in Butler on April 8, 1950. He was the son of Jack C. and Stella Kuciak Warren.

Jack was a proud US Army Veteran and served his country during the War in Vietnam. Per his wishes a private burial with full military honors was held Friday at the National Cemetery of the Alleghenies in Bridgeville, PA.
