I have spent many hours this week remembering incidents that took place over the years that I babysat Pete and Helen's kids. I remember Bruce and his little cowboy boots clippity clopping on the hardwood floors, and always had to have his jeans. He was a little cowpoke. We kind of lost touch over the years, but in no way does that change the fact I loved The Rankin kids with the fierceness of a substitute Momma. Rest in peace, Bruce, I'm sure your Dad had a bittersweet moment when you got to the gates....
