Diane Lynn Goughler-Savage, 39, of College Street, Emlenton, died unexpectedly Wednesday, August 31, 2016 in Oakland, Allegheny County.

Diane was born in Oil City on July 22, 1977. She was the daughter of Doris J. Wetzel Goughler of Emlenton and the late William Bruce Goughler.

 She was a 1995 graduate of Allegheny Clarion Valley High School. She was of the Presbyterian faith, enjoyed music and reading, and most especially enjoyed the company of her five children. She was currently employed by Vocelli Pizza in Oakland and had been employed at the Foxburg Inn as a receptionist.

In addition to her mother, Doris, she is survived by her husband, Heath A. Savage, of Emlenton, whom she married in Emlenton on August 9, 2014. Also surviving are four children, Nicole Lynn Garver, Destanie Irene Garver, Nathan Kunselman, Dylan Braden Goughler, and a stepdaughter, Isabella Serenity Savage; a brother, Michael William Goughler and his spouse, Lindsley A. Dunn, of Rimersburg;  a sister, Melissa A. Pellarian and her husband, Thomas, of Greentree; three nephews, Zachary C. Goughler, and Gavin and Johnny Pellarian, as well as a number of cousins.

In addition to her father, she was preceded by her maternal and paternal grandparents, as well as a number of aunts and uncles, including Ann L. Goughler.

Friends will be received from the Hile Funeral Home Inc., 1204 Kerr Ave., Emlenton from Noon – 2 p.m.  and from 4-6 p.m. Sunday. A funeral service will follow from the funeral home at 6 p.m. Sunday with the Rev. Sue Montgomery, pastor of Nickleville Presbyterian Church, officiating.   Interment will be in Crawford Memorial Cemetery, Emlenton.  Memorial contributions may be made to Clarion PAWS, 11348 Rt. 322, Shippenville, PA 16254.  For additional information or to send a condolence, please visit www.hilefh.com.
