William L. "Bill" Seachrist

William L. “Bill” Seachrist, 41, of East Liberty, passed away early Sunday morning, May 29, 2022 at his home.

William was born in Natrona Heights on November 28, 1980.  He was the son of Jane C. Cichoski McCurdy  and the late Michael D. Seachrist.

He attended school in Springdale.  He was employed as a cook at Fox’s Pizza in Penn Hills.  He enjoyed the outdoors and the company of his two cats, “Skitty and Plush”. 

He is survived by his mother, Jane McCurdy and her companion, Larry Stewart, of St. Petersburg; his sister, Debbie Speicher and her husband, James of Vandergrift; his longtime partner, Matt Leyva; a long time special friend, Christy Lowry, as well as two nephews, a niece, and a number of cousins.

In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by a brother, John Gary McCurdy.
