Stephanie Jo Webber

Stephanie Jo Webber, 47, of Oil City, passed away Tuesday, June 9, 2026 at UPMC Hamot in Erie while surrounded by her loving family and friends. 

Stephanie was born in Clarksburg, WV on June 20, 1978.  She was the daughter of the late Sharon Moon Proper and Roger Ferrell.  Stephanie was a 1997 graduate of Titusville High School and held associates degrees in both accounting and nursing.  Throughout her nursing career, she touched the hearts and lives of many patients.  Steph enjoyed shopping with her friends, target shooting, collecting Mickey Mouse memorabilia, and studying her bible.  She was a member of the Seventh Day Adventist Church in Seneca and was recently re-baptized in her faith.

Stephanie leaves behind many heartbroken family members and friends including her fiancé Paul Hunter of Oil City, a son Devin Ferrell and his wife Kylie of Virginia Beach, VA, a daughter Jorja Daly and her fiance Zackery Stanard of Oswego, NY; her grandchildren: Greyson Ferrell of Virginia Beach, VA, and Ava Gregory of Grove City, a brother Mike Luktisch and his fiancée Heidi Chisholm of Oil City; her “bonus daughters” Savanna Riddle and her husband Garrett and their children Ember and Easton all of Oil City, Lisa Hameed and her husband Shameem of San Mateo, CA, Shilah Thorington and her fiancé Steve Deacon, and their children: Emily Deacon and Beth Thorington all of the Leicester, United Kingdom.  Also surviving are her best friends Sherrie Klinger of Franklin, Michelle Hunter of Seneca, and Anna McMurdy of Franklin, as well as a number of nieces, nephews, and cousins. 

Funeral arrangements are under the direction of the Hile Funeral Home, Inc. 1204 Kerr Ave. Emlenton.  A celebration of life service will be held Saturday, July 25 at 5pm at the Seventh Day Adventist Church 189 Meadow Rd.
