Larry R. Jewart Sr., 61, of Kaylor, Brady’s Bend Twp., Armstrong Co., went home to be with his son Saturday morning, February 6, 2021 at his home.
Larry was born in Butler on March 7, 1959. He was the son of Donald and Donna Mission Jewart of Butler.
He attended school in Butler. Larry was employed at Oesterling Concrete. He enjoyed hunting, a cold beer, his dogs, and most especially the company of his grandkids.
In addition to his parents, Larry is survived by his wife, Debbie Hilliard Jewart, whom he married in Maui, Hawaii on July 27, 2018. Also surviving are two step children, Vicki Eiler and her companion, Ray Jones of Petrolia and William B. Eiler and his wife, Blaine of Karns City; two brothers, Lonny Jewart of Chicora and Lee Jewart of Butler; a sister, Leasa Covert and her husband, Ben of Butler; a sister-in-law, Kelly Jewart of Florida; four grandchildren, William Allenburg IV, Sisilya Jones, Easton Eiler, and Hannah Heginbotham; as well as a number of nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Larry was preceded in death by a son, Larry R. Jewart Jr. and a brother, Lane Jewart.
Friends will be received at the Hile Funeral Home of Karns City, 128 Main St., Karns City, from 2 – 4 and 7 – 9 p.m. Tuesday. A funeral service will be held from the funeral home at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday with the Rev. Paul DeBacco, pastor of the Crisswell Bible Baptist Church, officiating.
