Harry J. Donaldson

Harry J. Donaldson, 72, of Rt. 368, Parker, passed away Monday, December 4, 2023 at Heritage Valley Beaver Medical Center.

Harry was born in Butler on October 2, 1951.  He was the son of the late John C. and Mary L. Rottman Donaldson.

He was a graduate of A-C Valley High School.  For several years Harry operated Donaldson’s Pitt Stop in Emlenton and had been employed by Parker Glass and retired from the Scrubgrass Power Plant.  He enjoyed hunting and gardening.

He is survived by his wife, Linda D. Holler Donaldson, whom he married in Clintonville on August 2, 2001.  Also surviving are three children, Rashel Brown and her husband, Mike, Rusty Donaldson and his wife, Michelle, and J. Quincy DeLoe and his husband, John; four step children, Trina Alcorn and her husband, Greg, Holly Sleigher and her husband, Nick, and Valorie Miller and her husband, Harold, and Denny Whitmore and his wife, Tiffany, as well as a number of grandchildren, great grandchildren, a sister, nieces, nephews, and cousins.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two grandchildren.
