Harold E. McNany

Harold E. McNany, 83, of Emlenton, passed away peacefully Tuesday morning, August 13, 2024 at Autumn Grove in Harrisville.

Harold was born in Emlenton on September 1, 1940.  He was the son of the late Charles R. and Sara E. Milford McNany.

He was a 1959 graduate of Allegheny Clarion Valley High School and was a United States Air Force veteran. Harold was the longtime owner/operator of Pine Grove Wood Products in Emlenton.

Harold is survived by his wife of nearly 56 years, Linda M. “Lin” Hewitt McNany; a son, Charles Frank McNany and his wife, Cheryl, of Greenbrier, TN; a daughter, Karen Carmichael and her husband, Alan, of Rimersburg; four grandsons, Chad Carmichael and his wife, Kayla, of Emlenton, Chase Carmichael (Delani Priester) of Port Charlotte, FL, Chet Carmichael and his wife, Abbey, of Great Falls, MT, and Isaac McNany of Greenbrier, TN;  a granddaughter, Mikayla Markle and her husband, Austin, of Emlenton; four great children, Rylee and Remi Carmichael and Weston and Ashton Markle, all of Emlenton.
