Donna Jean Dittman

Donna Jean Dittman, 68, of Emlenton, Richland Township, Clarion County, passed away peacefully Friday Evening, April 24, 2026 in the emergency department at Clarion Hospital while surrounded by her loving family. 

Donna was born in Oil City on August 22, 1957.  She was the daughter of the late Wayne Dittman Sr., and Martha E. McKaern Wingar. She was a graduate of Cranberry High School.  Donna was a homemaker, always looking forward to the company of her family, and enjoyed playing bingo, watching westerns on TV, playing cards, watching the Wheel of Fortune, The Price is Right, and going to the demolition derby. 

She is survived by her children: Shawna Rupert and her husband David, LeRoy A. Dittman and his girlfriend Mary Beth Miller; her grandchildren: Brittany Gilbert and her husband Cody, Calvin Rupert, and Paula Rupert, all of Emlenton and Olivia and Desiree Howard of Reynoldsville, and three great grandchildren.  Her siblings survive: Wayne Dittman Jr. of Oil City, Randy Dittman and his wife Gloria of Emlenton, Jackie Jones of Emlenton, and Lisa Dittman of Oil City.  Also surviving is Bobbie Metz and a number of nieces, nephews, and cousins. 

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a step brother Gary Lauer, a number of cousins, and her close friends Rose Renninger, Chuck Young, and John Heath.

Donna will be forever missed and forever in our hearts.

Friends will be received at the Hile Funeral Home, Inc 802 Grove St. St. Petersburg from 11am – 1pm on Friday.  A funeral service will follow from the funeral home at 1pm with the Rev. Korona Say, pastor of the Turkey City Church of God, officiating.  Interment will be in the Richland Presbyterian, Brick Church Cemetery, Salem Township, Clarion County.  Memorial contributions in Ms. Dittman’s name may be made to the funeral home by visiting www.hilefh.com and clicking the Donations tab.
