Diana Lynn Gosnell, 73, of Karns City, passed away Sunday, May 16, 2021 at Butler Memorial Hospital.
Diana was born in Butler on May 16, 1948. She was the daughter of the late Donald and Vonnie Vasbinder Francisco.
She attended school in Petrolia and graduated from Butler County Community College and Slippery Rock University, having earned degrees as a cytology technician and nursing. She was a homemaker and enjoyed sewing, reading, arts and crafts and music. She was of the Christian faith.
Surviving are two daughters, Cassandra Divers and Crystal Turner and her husband, Tom, all of Karns City; four grandchildren, Timmothy Divers, Megan Divers, Susan Brewer, and Kyle Rottman; two great grandchildren, Maylyn and Mason, and was looking forward to the birth of her third great grandchild soon; a brother, Darrell Francisco and his wife, Valen, and a nephew, Daren Francisco, all of Karns City, and her former husband, Joseph Graham of Petrolia.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Charles “Buster” Gosnell, whom she married in Navarre, OH on November 2, 1996. Mr. Gosnell passed away on March 12, 2017.
Private funeral arrangements are under the direction of the Hile Funeral Home of Karns City. Interment will be in Bear Creek Cemetery, Petrolia. Memorial contributions may be made to Butler Area Public Library, 218 N. McKean St., Butler, PA 16001. Condolences may be sent by visiting www.hilefh.com.
