Bonnie J. (Rupert) Lewis

Bonnie J. Rupert Lewis, 51, of Emlenton, Richland Twp., Clarion County, passed away Tuesday afternoon, April 1, 2025 at her home.

Bonnie was born in Grove City on May 29, 1973.  She was the daughter of the late Calvin G. and Pauline Hockenberry Rupert.

She was a 1992 graduate of Allegheny-Clarion Valley High in Foxburg.  She enjoyed crafts and computer games.

She is survived by her husband, William T. Lewis, whom she married in Knox on June 9, 2003.  Also surviving is a daughter, Erica R. Lewis (Christian Myers) of Kittanning, a brother, David Rupert and his wife, Shawna, of Emlenton, a sister, Beverly Boone of Church Hill, MD, as well as a number of nieces, nephews, cousins, and step siblings.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a son, Michael P. Lewis, who passed away in 2017.

Friends will be received at the Hile Funeral Home Inc., 802 Grove Street, St. Petersburg from 11 a.m. – 1 p.m. Saturday.  A funeral service will follow at 1 p.m.  Interment will be in St. Petersburg Cemetery.  Condolences may be sent by visiting www.hilefh.com.
