Bobbi J. Bailey, 56, of Karns City, Perry Township, Armstrong Co., passed away in the comfort of her home while surrounded by her loving family early Friday morning, January 30, 2026.
Bobbi was born in Butler on December 21, 1969. She was the daughter of Sally Adams Welton of Karns City and the late Robert “Bob” Welton. She was a 1987 graduate of Karns City Area High School and earned a BS in business management from Slippery Rock University. Bobbi was employed as a medical software programmer for Visualutions. Bobbi enjoyed traveling and camping, was an avid Pittsburgh Pirates and Penguins fan, enjoyed attending Green Day concerts, and most especially looked forward to family gatherings with her grandkids.
In addition to her mother she is survived by her husband, Kenneth E. “Ken” Bailey, whom she married at St. Paul Community Church on July 30, 1988. Also surviving is her son and daughter-in-law, Justin R. and Kelly Bailey of Karns City; three grandchildren; Junior Pearce of Knox, Remmington Beer, and Xavier Bailey, both of Karns City; her brother and sister-in-law, Jerry and Rita Welton of East Brady; her mother-in-law, Pamela Bailey of Karns City, as well as a number of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law.
In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by a brother, Randy “P-Nut” Welton and her father-in-law, Earl Bailey.
