Billie Renee (O'Neil) Graham

Billie Renee O’Neil Graham, 54, of Seneca, the wonderful, caring, loving wife of Donald L. Graham Jr, went to be with her Lord and Savior early Wednesday morning July 22, 2026 in the comfort of her home, while in the company of her loving husband, following a two year, horrendous, battle with small cell carcinoma.  

Billie was born in Oil City on January 7, 1972. She was the daughter of the late William and Carol Kosiorek O’Neil. Billie was a graduate of Cranberry High School, and in her earlier years, had been employed at several area restaurants. Billie was extremely talented in many things and had a love for horses from an early age. She was a talented equestrian artist, having painted sculptures and resin model horses. Her artwork earned her recognition as a world wide champion.  

In addition to her husband Don, whom she married in Rockland, also surviving is a sister, Margaret Ann “Peggy” Cozad of Clintonville; a sister in law Tracy Cole, of Soap Lake, WA; her mother in law and father in law: Elizabeth Graham McKay and her husband Robert of Shippenville; as well as a number of aunts, nieces, nephews, and cousins.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by two sisters Marcy O’Neil and Tammy Metts, a niece Amanda Blair, and a brother in law Mark Cozad.

Friends will be received at the Hile Funeral Home, Inc., 1204 Kerr Ave. Emlenton from 5-7pm Friday and on Saturday from 10 – 11am. A funeral service will follow from the funeral home at 11am with the Rev. Paula Gruzca, a United Methodist minister, officiating. Interment will be in Rockland Cemetery, Kennerdell.
