Virginia H. (Fowkes) Bartlett

Virginia H. Bartlett, 72, formerly of Evans City, passed away Monday, April 17, 2017 at Butler Memorial Hospital.

Born on December 25, 1944 in Pittsburgh, Ginny was the daughter of Clarence and Lynnie Hall Fowkes.

Ginny enjoyed many things and some of her favorite things were watching tv, working in her flower garden, creating crafts, and motorcycling. She loved and cherished the simple things in life. Ginny welcomed everyone to her home.  She always was quick to offer iced tea to quench your thirst, a hot meal to fill you your stomach, and enjoyed conversation with everyone around the table, making everyone feel welcomed as part of her family, holding them close to her heart.

Ginny is survived by her children, Mark and Amy Bartlett and two grandchildren, Ryan and Cameron.

The family will be holding a memorial service to be announced at a later date.
