I never wanted to hear of this day. Jimmy was one of the many reasons I enjoyed going to work each day. There was always a Jimmy story and he was never afraid to tell one on himself, and there were many of those. Every camp along the river is saddened by your passing. Prayers for Donna and the family. I am so deeply sorry for your loss. I know that Jim sure fought....and you were right there with him. I was allowed to see for myself just how much you supported and loved him when you brought him in for appointments. Anyone who looked at you would know the love you held for one another....it seems a love anyone would treasure having. I do not know how it feels to lose a spouse but I do know that when you love someone so deeply there are never enough years/moments. May God bless all of you at this most difficult time and in the days, months and years ahead. Know that he will always watch over you and stay with you until one day you are reunited. Hugs and prayers.

Everyday When I get home from work, while waiting to eat I look over the front page of the Butler Eagle. I got chills when I saw you name in the obits, it had to be another Jim. I know we didn't talk often but when we did run into each other it was so hard to stop talking and trying to catch up on what had been going on. I was just thinking of you last week and wondering what you were up to.
To Donna and family, I'm so sorry for your loss. I've got a huge lump in my throat and an emptiness. I pray that God will give you some peace in knowing that Jim was loved by so many.
