Julie L. Schwabenbauer

Julie L. Schwabenbauer, 63, of Cowansville, passed away unexpectedly of natural causes at her home on Wednesday morning, March 20, 2024.

Julie was born in Brookville, Jefferson County, on April 23, 1960.  She was the daughter of the late James Leo and Lida M. Elliott Schwabenbauer.

She was a graduate of Redlands Senior High School in California.  Julie was an avid Steelers and Pirates fan. She enjoyed the outdoors, trips to Florida and most especially the company of her grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Julie had most recently been employed at the Dollar General in Cowansville.

She was preceded in death by her husband of more than 20 years, Frederick E. Sutton, who died on June 12, 2023.

Surviving are two children, Lida Elaine Sutton and her husband, Jeremy, of Winfield, Kansas and Kenneth L. Moore (Robin) of Cowansville; six grandchildren, Maci Elmadollar and her husband, Johnathan, of Bruin, Lacee Sutton of Winfield, KS, Rylie Moore of Grove City, Dylan Moore and Dalton Moore, both of Cowansville, and Tyler Sutton of Winfield, KS; four great grandchildren, Weston, Wrenley, Zae`R `Reon, Zay` Viah; her siblings, Kathleen E. Dallmeier of Las Vegas, NV; James P. Schwabenbauer of Seneca, and Lisa M. Walker and her husband, Michael, of Golden Valley, AZ, as well as a number of nieces, nephews, and cousins.
