Michelle L. (Callender) Blauser

Michelle L. Blauser, 45, of Squaw Valley Rd., Parker, went to be with her Lord and Savior late Wednesday evening, September 7, 2016 while surrounded by her loving family at her home.

Born in Clarion on April 9, 1971, Michelle was the daughter of Daniel R. and Tanya Elder Callender.

She graduated in 1989 from A-C Valley High School in Foxburg and Grove City College in 1993 with a Bachelor’s of Science in education. She was first employed by the Family Center at A-C Valley Elementary School and later was employed for many years at USIS in Boyers.  She was a member of Fellowship Baptist Church in Emlenton.  She enjoyed camping, family vacations, her dogs, and most especially raising her son.

Michelle is survived by her husband, Darrel B. Blauser, whom she married in Emlenton on March 26, 2005.  Also surviving is a son, Tyler D. Henery, at home; her parents, Daniel R. and Tanya Elder Callender of Parker; her maternal grandfather, Arnold Elder of Franklin; a brother, Derry D. Callender and his wife, Alison, of Post Falls, Idaho; her mother-in-law and father-in-law, David L. and Donna F. Blauser of Parker; two sisters-in-law and two brothers-in-law, Denise and Mark Anderson of Pender, Nebraska and Dorene and Paul Boudreau of Parker, as well as a number of nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Friends will be received at the Hile Funeral Home Inc., 1204 Kerr Ave., Emlenton, from 2 – 4 and 7 – 9 p.m. Friday and from 1 – 2 p.m. Saturday at the Fellowship Baptist Church, 3727 Oneida Valley Rd., Emlenton, where a funeral service will follow at 2:00 p.m. with Pastor Jacob Langdon, church pastor, officiating.  Interment will be in Allegheny Cemetery, Allegheny Twp., Butler Co.  Memorial contributions in Michelle’s memory may be made to the Blanket Ministry, c/o Fellowship Baptist Church, 3727 Oneida Valley Rd., Emlenton, PA 16373.  For additional information or to send a condolence, please visit www.hilefh.com.
