C. Dennis Bell

Charles Dennis Bell, 72, of Harrisville, formerly of Hooker Rd., Karns City, passed away Wednesday morning, March 28, 2018 at Butler Memorial Hospital.

Dennis was born on Feburary 3, 1946 in Butler.  He was the son of the late John W. and Marie I. Byers Bell.

He was a graduate of Butler High School.  He enjoyed junk collecting and working on cars.  Dennis had been employed by Vogel Disposal for more than 40 years.

He survived by four daughters, Tanya E. Roxberry and her husband, Dale, of Fairview, Charlene Davis and Bill of Bruin, Rhonie S. Watterson and David of Harrisville, and Michelle Bell of Forestville; five granddaughters and three grandsons; eleven great grandchildren; his sister, Donna Becker of Butler, as well as a number of cousins.

Friends will be received at the Hile Funeral Home of Karns City, 128 Main St., Karns City, from 2 – 4 p.m. Saturday.  A funeral service will follow from the funeral home at 4:00 p.m.   Interment will be at Butler County Memorial Park.  Memorial contributions may be made to a local humane society.  For additional information or to send a condolence, please visit www.hilefh.com.
