Service Details

Brantlee Dean Tack, the infant son of Austin Dean and Cassaundra Sybert Tack of Chicora, was stillborn Thursday morning, March 31, 2016, at Butler Memorial Hospital. In addition to his parents, Brantlee is survived by his maternal grandparents, Leonard and Robyn Sybert of Chicora, and his paternal grandmother, Teri Lowers of Worthington, as well as a number of aunts, uncles, and cousins.
